Martin Ferguson is co-founder of Accreon Inc. and heads the Consulting Practice at Accreon. Prior to Accreon, Martin was co-founder and Director of Advansys Technology and Management Consulting.

Martin has held leadership roles in IT consulting companies in both consulting roles and business management positions. Martin, a senior IT professional, has worked in the Information Technology field for twenty-five years and has extensive experience in all phases of program development and implementation, systems development, project management, and business planning.

He has successfully fulfilled the roles of Program Director, Project Director, Project Manager, Facilitator and Strategic Planner in both the health care and e-Government environments.

Martin has had extensive experience in the development of new business programs including:

• defining a program’s goals and objectives,
• defining the business processes and technical solutions to support the program, and
• implementing the program and its governance and outcome measurements.

Martin was responsible for the overall definition, delivery and management of an e-Government Program that conducted business in Canada, the U.S., Australia, Ireland and England.
