Accreon acquires ISOMNI Solutions to become one of the largest IT firms in Atlantic Canada.

(Fredericton, September 19, 2008) - ACCREON has announced that it has acquired another Fredericton IT firm, ISOMNI Solutions, expanding its team to 90 IT professionals with specific expertise in developing high quality, cost effective, end-to-end IT management solutions for use in Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services and Government as well as other sectors.

Accreon co-founder Trevor Cookson calls the acquisition “a perfect addition to Accreon.  Both companies have enjoyed great success from building their respective reputations as among the true innovators in developing technologies seen as revolutionary, and ISOMNI’s strengths enhances our collective skill set. Accreon was formed just nine months ago from the merger of Evention Technologies and Advansys TMC, two other Fredericton-based companies that had built solid reputations for world class work. The merger made an instant impression in the Information Technology world, and within months Accreon was named one of the Branham Top 300 IT Companies in Canada for 2008. Accreon had grown since its beginning to 65 employees. ISOMNI Solutions, founded seven years ago grew since that time to 25 people. Today, with the addition of the total ISOMNI workforce, Accreon has grown to 90.
